It shuts out the light. The room stays dark for sleep, for a movie, or for rest. This is not a mesh: you do not see outside, and the sun does not come through. When it goes up, your window or door stays clean and open. We make it to your size: a manual chain, or motorized with a remote.

A Black-Out roller is the same shade as Screen: it rolls into a cassette at the top of the frame, it does not steal space, and when it is up it does not cover your window or door. The difference is the fabric. It is not a mesh. It is an opaque cloth: light does not pass, and you do not see the view. You sleep, rest, or watch a movie without the sun or street lights. Kendall Decoration LLC builds it to the exact size of each window frame and each door frame.

How they go up and down

You choose how you want to live with them. A manual chain Black-Out sits beside the frame — the chain runs easily, no electricity. A manual cordless Black-Out has no chain. You take the bottom bar with your hand and raise or lower the fabric. A motorized Black-Out keeps the same cassette and the same look, with a remote. Below: a window and a door each way.

Raise or lower the bottom rail with a smooth, straight movement. Release it at the desired height; the Black-Out stays there and the covered area continues to block the outside view.

Side guide: la luz no se cuela por los lados
Side guide: light does not leak at the sides
Primero la ventana. Después el Black-Out: tela opaca, cassette y bottom riel. Luego los side guide: una guía a la izquierda y otra a la derecha, del cassette al riel. La tela entra en las guías. El riel queda detrás. Usted pulsa el control: la cortina sube y baja adentro.
First the window. Then the Black-Out: opaque fabric, cassette, and bottom rail. Then the side guides: one on the left and one on the right, from the cassette to the rail. The fabric runs inside the guides. The rail stays behind. You press the remote: the shade moves inside.
Advertencia: no se garantiza el 100% de oscuridad. Con solo los side guide de los lados se cierra alrededor del 90% de la luz. Si se coloca también el side guide de abajo (opcional), se puede garantizar alrededor del 98% de oscuridad.
Notice: 100% darkness is not guaranteed. Side guides on the left and right close about 90% of the light. Adding the optional bottom side guide can bring darkness to about 98%.
